Philpotts soup is made daily by professional soup chefs on site. Factory made soups, particularly those that have been frozen, will never match the exquisite texture and flavour of soup made the Philpotts way.

We use wholesome ingredients, just Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, tender cuts of Meat, Real Cream, and seasoning when required.

We never use Flour or Thickening Agents. We let the vegetables do that, and all our soup is Gluten Free with the exception of those containing Pasta or Dumplings.

While Shops will swap recipes between each other, each soup will differ slightly according to the individual technique of the soup chef in whichever Shop you may be visiting.

Watch out for irresistable soups such as:- Roast Potato, Sausage and Onion; Curried Parsnip; Thai Chicken with Tarragon; Beef and Spring Onion with Chilli, to name but a few.
