Why drink freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices or fruit smoothies?

Freshly squeezed, unpasteurised, additive free fruit and vegetable juice is probably the most efficient provider of energy giving, health enhancing crucial nutrients available. Raw juice contains the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and natural sugars in a natural form that your body recognises and can easily assimilate. It is these nutrients and trace elements which are the ‘fuel of renewal’ for our hugely complicated bodies from which we demand more and more.
