Grilled best back bacon rashers, Philpotts specially selected continental salad leaves, Sun Ripened marinated tomatoes and seasoned mayo… Traditional BLT recipe ingredients, but turned up a notch

Beef Dijonnaise

The finest Rare roast beef, Homemade Caramelised Onion Marmalade created by our very first shop, in Chester, Roasted onions, Emmenthal cheese and our delicate Dijon mustard sauce, topped with Fresh Rocket.  (we couldn’t fit any more into the bread without spoiling it)
