All of our soups are made daily from scratch by our professional soup chefs in our on-site, state of the art kitchens. Our chefs use only wholesome ingredients, fresh seasonal vegetables, tender cuts of meat, real cream, and seasoning when required.
Characterised by the diversity of fresh and flavourful ingredients, none of our soups contain thickening agents or flour and most do not contain gluten (except those containing dumplings or pasta). This way we capture the natural flavours and the exquisite texture of a freshly made Philpotts soup.

Sumptuous specialities include beef and spring onion with chilli; sausage & onion; curried parsnip, thai chicken with tarragon, to name but a few.
